PAYROLL COORDINATOR
The ideal candidate for this role will be a dynamic, decisive, and motivated individual with excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills. The responsibilities of the Accountant include:
- Monthly Reconciliations of Payroll cash and liability accounts for multiple business units
- Processing and paying various benefits
- Monthly finance close responsibilities including General ledger input and uploads
- Year-end reporting
- Tracking and appropriate follow up to responsible teams on outstanding liabilities
Desired Skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent documentation skills – attention to detail, rigorous work paper standards
- Current relevant experience in preparation of reconciliations and review of financial statements
- Great time management skills with the ability to work within deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
- Experience with account reconciliations
- Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements
- Payroll Accounting experience
- Microsoft Suites
- Quickbooks
