After becoming established in 1989, we quickly developed  a sophisticated database and a variety of unique customer service techniques that enabled us to compete with the larger services from day one. A safety program and an aggressive claims-handling system were developed to lower unwieldy workers’ compensation premiums. Creative problem solving has been a key to our success. The systems are working and the word is getting out both nationally and internationally. Inc.
