PAYROLL COORDINATOR

The ideal candidate for this role will be a dynamic, decisive, and motivated individual with excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills. The responsibilities of the Accountant include:

  • Monthly Reconciliations of Payroll cash and liability accounts for multiple business units
  • Processing and paying various benefits
  • Monthly finance close responsibilities including General ledger input and uploads
  • Year-end reporting
  • Tracking and appropriate follow up to responsible teams on outstanding liabilities

Desired Skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent documentation skills – attention to detail, rigorous work paper standards
  • Current relevant experience in preparation of reconciliations and review of financial statements
  • Great time management skills with the ability to work within deadlines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with account reconciliations
  • Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements
  • Payroll Accounting experience
  • Microsoft Suites
  • Quickbooks
